How to Delete Your Account

1. Deleting Your Account via the App

Users have the ability to delete their accounts directly through our app by following these steps:

• Open the Jii app and navigate to the Profile section.
• Scroll down and find the Delete Account option.
• Tap on Delete Account

Once your account is deleted:

• All personal information, account details, and preferences will be permanently erased from our servers.
• You will lose access to all services, and any active rentals or transactions will be canceled.

Important: This action is irreversible, and we are unable to recover any data once your account has been deleted.

2. Deleting Your Account via Email

If you are experiencing difficulties with the in-app deletion process or prefer to delete your account manually, you can contact our support team for assistance. Here's how:

• Send an email to support@jiiapp.com from the email address associated with your Jii account.
• In your email, include the following details:
  • Your full name.
  • Your Jii account email address.
  • A clear request to delete your account.
  • (Optional) Reason for deletion – this helps us improve our services, but providing a reason is not mandatory.

Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your identity and process the account deletion within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Additional Information

Data Retention: After account deletion, we retain certain transaction data (such as payment history or rental records) for legal and operational reasons as required by law. This data will be anonymized and no longer associated with your personal account.
